Programs & Solutions
Three Programs,
One Clear Purpose
Retirevia's programs cover retirement income literacy and the practical transition out of full-time work. Each is designed for a specific audience and delivered as structured reading material — not workshops, not webinars, not advice.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Structure Every Program
All Retirevia programs follow the same foundational approach: topics are organized as sequential reading modules, each with a defined scope and set of reflection questions. The sequence is designed so that earlier modules provide the foundation for later ones — readers do not need to hold prior knowledge before starting.
Content is written to a general adult reading level, with technical terms explained on first use. Where Thai-specific regulations or fund structures are mentioned, they are explained in context rather than assumed to be familiar. All materials go through a two-stage review: factual accuracy checked against official Thai regulatory sources, and language clarity checked by an editor focused on general readability.
Programs are updated at least once per year to reflect changes in contribution thresholds, fund rules, and administrative procedures.
Sequential Modules
Each module builds on the previous. Topics are introduced in an order that supports comprehension without requiring background knowledge.
Two-Stage Review
Every module is checked for factual accuracy and language clarity before publication. Sources are official Thai regulatory documents.
Reflection Questions
Each module ends with questions that help readers apply what they have read to their own situation, without prescribing specific actions.
Annual Updates
All programs are reviewed and revised at least once per year. Participants in active programs receive updated material where relevant.
Pension Literacy Self-Study Pack
A printed and digital self-study pack covering the general structure of retirement income systems in Thailand. The pack explains the difference between defined-benefit and defined-contribution schemes, how the Social Security Fund and Government Pension Fund operate, and how supplementary private savings vehicles such as the RMF and provident funds typically function. Presented as eight short reading modules with reflection questions at the end of each. Strictly educational; no individualized recommendation is included.
What the Pack Covers
- Defined-benefit vs. defined-contribution: what each means in practice
- The Social Security Fund — eligibility, contributions, and benefit types
- The Government Pension Fund for civil servants and state enterprise employees
- Retirement Mutual Funds (RMF) and provident fund structures
- How multiple layers of retirement income interact
How It Works
- 1 Order the pack and receive digital access immediately
- 2 Printed booklet dispatched within 3 working days to a Thai address
- 3 Read each module at your own pace — typical reading time 30–45 minutes per module

Best for
People at any stage of their career who want to understand how retirement income systems in Thailand are structured — particularly those who are starting to think about what their post-work income will look like, but who are not yet close to retirement.
Best for
People who are within a few years of retirement, or who have recently retired, and want to think through the practical aspects of the transition — particularly those who prefer reading and reflection over attending group workshops or sessions.

Strictly informational and intended for people who prefer reading and reflection over face-to-face workshops.
